Bay Renity has been appointed as a member to the New Counsel of Athea. She has unlocked histories of the Old World. She has dutifully supported her mother in the face of their personal tragedy. But independence comes with a cost, and Bay has struggled with endless unrest and rising mutiny in Athea in response to their newfound freedoms.
