Michelle Turner is a military veteran (NCO), military spouse, and mother of two. She holds a master's degree in Exercise Science focusing on performance enhancement, injury prevention and health promotion and a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Michelle holds certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a certified Exercise Physiologist, from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Performance Enhancement Specialist, and from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) a certified Health Coach. Michelle has served as a Health Educator in multiple Army Wellness Centers supporting the community and military. Michelle currently lives and works at an army base in Bavaria, Germany.
