Erin L. Felix managed government and commercial contracts and subcontracts for one of the largest defense contractors in the United States for 15 years prior to practicing law. This unique, hands-on experience in the government contracts industry allows her to 'speak the client's language' and gives her an intimate understanding of contractors' business priorities and challenges. Marques Peterson has extensive experience in all aspects of government contracts including international public procurement. He has represented small, mid-sized and large defense and civilian businesses in post-award bid protest disputes, claims and investigations, government contract compliance issues, anticorruption issues, international government and commercial sales, mergers and acquisitions, international sanctions compliance, contract disputes and export control compliance. In addition to representing clients before the Court of Federal Claims, the Government Accountability Office, the Boards of Contract Appeals, and federal and state courts, Mr. Peterson has represented major U.S. government contractors in significant international arbitrations. He serves in leadership positions for the ABA's Public Contract Law Section's International Procurement Committee.
