About the Author


Jamie Goldstein, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist. She has provided therapy to adolescents and young adults in a variety of settings including schools, community mental health, private practice, and mental health start-ups. Dr. Goldstein maintains a psychotherapy practice in San Francisco, is acting chairperson for the Continuing Education Committee of the Alameda County Psychological Association, and is the Therapy Experience Lead for the mental health and emotional fitness studio Coa.
