About the Author

Throughout her corporate career she worked in almost all areas of technology management. In 2002 she joined Prudential Financial and was quickly promoted to Director of Quality Controls. With almost 15 years in IT management, Lynn is an experienced manager with a talent for process engineering and systems analysis. Philip Spry started a corporate career in IT working for Fortune 500 companies such as Prudential Financial, Anderson Consulting, and IBM. With over 20 years in technology, he understands the technology challenges faced by business owners.
