In today's era of stress the restoration of health appears to be a problem. According to World Health Organization (WHO, 1986) the health in total includes physical, mental, social and spiritual dimensions. However, in spite of having an effective immune system endowed by the nature, human is unable to overcome the negative effects of environment leading to ―stress‖. Stress is recognized a killer and a major contributor to psychological illness. Individuals can find that impact of stress blights their health and happiness.
