Description

Tells the story of the cole des Beaux Arts and its profound influence on late seventeenth-, eighteenth- and nineteenth-century European visual culture. It features 208 art works from the cole's collection, including works by Jean-Honor Fragonard, Nicolas Poussin and Jacques-Louis David.
