About the Author


Suborna Barua is Assistant Professor of Finance at University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He also works in cross-border research projects funded by institutions such as the World Bank, UNDP, DFID, and Plan Bangladesh. Suborna has a long track of serving in financial and management consultant and advisory roles at over ten local and multinational corporations. At the moment he is Managing Editor of the Journal of Financial Markets and Governance.
