INTRODUCTION 1.1 Introduction Education is a powerful key for development of an individual. It provides great opportunity in development of all internal potential (physical, mental, moral and spiritual, etc) of individual. Education prepare individual in such a way that he/she can learn and develop their political, social, cultural, religious and environmental abilities provide us the opportunity for holistic growth and development. It is a continuous process of changing behaviour and develops total personality of individual. It develops our thinking and reasoning power. It refined human behaviors and prepare a skillful citizen for a nation. It play significant role in development of culture and civilization.
