Description

Las Vegas, LA, Levittown, the Westheimer Strip, golf courses, TV ads, and Route 66 are among the sources of a change in architectural sensibilities. The new sources come into play when old forms become obsolete and there’s no clear exit in sight. If architects of style don’t produce what people want and need, who is and what can we learn from them?

Denise Scott Brown
